- Body: Legs are still sore, calfs are sore from the hill runs yesterday.
- Workout: Diane was a PR, previous best was 8:40, so that was good. Cannot claim I do it perfectly however, the HSPUs are quite the challenge and I definitely do not get head-to-floor on each one. Deadlifts could have been a little better, as rounds of 21 and 15 were broken into 2 segments.
