Notes
- Body: Sore in the calfs
- Workout: Good intense WOD. Most troublesome aspect for me was going from jerks directly into front squats. That is where I lost the most time as I dropped the bar during the last 5 rounds.
- Misc: Leaving for Stratton in a few minutes. Skiing at the US Open for the weekend.
