100 Kettle Bell Snatches for time, 50 right/left: 50#

3 Rounds of:
1min of Vertical Jumps, touch target/ bar at 8ft+, as many as possible.
20 Knees To Elbows.

Evening
Rock climbed ~2 hours, 5.9-5.10s

Notes
  • Body: Feel good and rested.  Tore 4 calluses open on my hands during the last 20 reps of snatches, bummer.  Lower legs are pretty worked from the drills I did at the clinic yesterday.
  • Workout:  Went well.  Arches of feet started to ache during the KBSnatches.
