Notes
- Body: Feel good and rested. Tore 4 calluses open on my hands during the last 20 reps of snatches, bummer. Lower legs are pretty worked from the drills I did at the clinic yesterday.
- Workout: Went well. Arches of feet started to ache during the KBSnatches.
