Notes
  • Body: Shoulders are sore, slight irritation in right tibia
  • Workout: I thought I had done this one before, but I have not.  Snatches were alright, I felt as if I was swinging the bar out in front of me instead of shrugging it vertically.  The weight was light enough where it didn't affect it too much, but something to work on. Core work was difficult.
