- Body: Feel pretty good today, neck feels a little pulled though.
- Workout: Press felt a bit heavy. Good mornings went well, focused on technique and extending equally with both legs. Metcon was a nice short one. I used a medicine ball for the workout, which bounced up and hit me in the nose during one of the reps--that'll make you focus.
