Long Run

Lunchtime

1 mile warm-up on treadmill

4 mile run, treadmill, 33:44

Notes
  • Body: Very sore in lower back.  Was slated to do heavy back squats today but decided to rest the back instead.
  • Workout: Good run, felt good during it, some minor aches that came and went, can expect those from time to time.
