Notes
  • Body: Very sore today.  Quads, chest and traps especially.  Biceps and hands as well.  Right ring finger still swollen and painful to bend.
  • Workout: Went decently well today for being as sore as I am.  Shoulder press was a little frustrating.  Don't think I've ever split jerked before, and I was happy I did more than my bodyweight!
