Notes
- Body: Sore in neck a little bit. Tore hand in my last set of chin ups, of course, it always happens that way I should just expect it.
- Workout: Good intense WOD. DB C&J felt smooth, 35# was appropriate. Run went well, sucked at first but the low-point passed and I found a rhythm.
