Evening

Pull up ladder
-  11 complete rounds, finished 12th

Chin up ladder
-   10 complete rounds, finished 11th

Notes
  • Body: Very sore in legs, hamstrings especially.  Iced left ITB on and off today.  Right ring finger still swollen/achey.
  • Workout: Found a local playground in Alexandria, VA and did some ladders.
