- Body: Felt alright today, sleep this week was a bit out of whack, and with travel and sleeping on the plane and mixed nutrition this week it's taken something outta me.
- Workout: Press went alright, 135# felt a little heavy though. Snatches could have gone better. VJ and PLs were pretty good.
