- Body: Sore in the lats and shoulders today. My right ring finger has been swollen since Tuesday, the only thing I can think of that might have irritated it was jiu jitsu on Sunday, but I don't remember doing anything to it specifically.
- Workout: Run went well, felt good for the most part.
