Notes
  • Body: Soreness in calfs is gone, rolled them out yesterday after the run.  Right ring finger improving.
  • Workout: Compare to 12-23-10.  Used more weight (the Rx'd amount) this time.  No rounds of Bear unbroken, 1st & 3rd rounds of pull ups were unbroken.  I want to get this WOD done in under 10 mins.
