Long Run, Area Work, Thrusters

Late Evening

5 mile run on treadmill, LSD pace

Bicep work
3 x 10 dumbbell thrusters, 40# DBs

Notes
  • Body: Feeling good.  I was very full from dinner but the running wasn't bad.
  • Workout: Run went well, felt good, no issues.
