Run Int & Tabata

Afternoon

Run at track
1.25 mile warm up
4 x 400m @ 1:25 goal pace, 2:00 rest
-    times: 1:26,  1:22,  1:22,  1:22
1.25 mile cool down

Tabata
Alternate tabata squats and tabata sit ups for 8 rounds total
-    squats: 18;  sit ups: 16

Notes
  • Body: Finger swollen and irritated.  
  • Workout:  Run went well, no issues with legs.  Alternating tabatas is much easier than standard style.  Ran 13.5 miles this week, felt good, no real problems.
