Notes
- Body: Still a little sore in lower back, not bad though. Hams a little sore.
- Workout: JJ practice was a great time. My first somewhat structured approach to it, just went with my buddy, and he went over some things with me. It's a whole other understanding on how to move and use your body.
- Run: Went well. Some irritation in tibia though. Ran 12 miles this week.
