Run + Squats

Lunchtime

3 mile run on treadmill, 28:26

Back Squats 5 x 5
loads: 185#, 205#, 225#, 235#, 245# (PR)
1 x 20 @ 135#

Shrugs and bicep work

Evening

Rock climbed for 2 hours, routes ranging from 5.4 - 5.9+.  Good stuff.

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty good today, felt strong.
  • Notes: PR'd back squat, felt good and strong today.  I can remember when 245# was my 1 rep max.
