Rock climbed for 2 hours, routes ranging from 5.4 - 5.9+. Good stuff.
Notes
- Body: Feel pretty good today, felt strong.
- Notes: PR'd back squat, felt good and strong today. I can remember when 245# was my 1 rep max.
