Notes
- Body: Sore in traps and lats today.
- Workout: Press workout was pretty good, made it through 8 complete rds before I had to start push pressing some of the reps. It toasted my shoulders. The WOD was difficult for me, shoulders were shot, and it was hot in the garage where I was. Then some core work to finish up.
