- Body: Very sore in legs... quads hammys and glutes.
- Workout: Quick WOD today, golf tired me out believe it or not. Lots of walking and being in the sun will do that to you. Thrusters + push ups is hard work on the shoulders, it's difficult to transition from one to the other.
