Golfed 18 holes, about 5 hours, this morning into afternoon.

2x push ups
-    time: 4:09

Notes
  • Body: Very sore in legs... quads hammys and glutes.
  • Workout: Quick WOD today, golf tired me out believe it or not.  Lots of walking and being in the sun will do that to you.  Thrusters + push ups is hard work on the shoulders, it's difficult to transition from one to the other.
