5 x 10 weighted pull ups, 20# weight vest
1 x 13 deadhang pull ups

10-8-6-4-2 thrusters, 115#
2-4-6-8-10 ring rows

Bicep work

Notes
  • Body: Still sore in the legs
  • Workout: Focusing on working pull ups.  Thrusters in the metcon felt pretty heavy.
