Notes
  • Body: Pretty sore in my quads and hams today.  GHD SU were a challenge.
  • Workout: Run felt good and pretty smooth, no aches or pains.  Press was good, heavy though.
  • Swim: Felt pretty decent in the water.  The 400 w/fins may have been a 450, lost track during the swim at some point.
