Notes
- Body: Sore in chest today
- Workout: PC's felt good today, felt pretty strong on the lighter weights. I'm pretty sure 175# for 2 reps is a PR, but can't find my records for it. The WOD was good and tough. Started out doing Goblet Lunges but then switched to hold the KB on one shoulder.
- Swim: Felt a little slow in the water today during the sprints, but the finning felt a little smoother.
