Run + KBSw, Gob SQ, PU & Rock Climbing

Lunchtime

Run 3 miles, ~27:30

5 KB Swings, 60#
5 Goblet Squats,  60#
5 clapping push ups

Evening
Rock climbed ~2 hours

Notes
  • Body: Pretty sore in biceps, and glutes.  Also sore in traps.
  • Workout:  Run was alright, just focusing on keeping stride even, trying to avoid injury.  WOD was good, high intensity.  Rock climbing is always good.
