Notes
- Body: Right shin hurt somewhat at the end of the run and later in the day. Other than that not too sore.
- Workout: Trail run was very engaging and fun, I had to stay focused to be sure of where my foot was landing. During the WOD the muscle ups were giving me a fair amount of trouble, which was frustrating. HPCs and KTE were good.
