loads: 135#, 145#, 155#, 165#, 175# (1)

Bicep, bent-over rows, high pulls

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty ok.  Didn't eat enough the last couple of days, loss of appetite.
  • Workout: No PR on the cleans, but felt alright.
