20 sit ups/reverse sit ups

50 four-count flutter kicks
20 neck rotations
60s plank

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty good today.
  • Workout:  Run went well, did it on the treadmill.  Good form on all the WOD components, nice solid PT style workout.
