Run + Back Squat

5's: 185#, 205#, 225#
3's: 245#, 265# (PR), 225#

Bicep and rear deltoid work

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty good and rested after yesterday's day off.  Still somewhat sore in core.
  • Workout:  Run felt good and smooth.  Squats were great, 3 solid reps at 265# with good depth, but the weight was definitely heavy.
