Run, SQ, PU, SU

8/18 Afternoon

Run 400m
10x squats
20x push ups
30x sit ups
- time: 16:16 (runs in 1:40-1:49 range)

800m cool down

Notes
  • Body: Right foot continue to stretch/roll/massage it.  Right tib was irritated during the run.  Squats continue to feel weird for left knee.
  • Workout: Good stuff overall.
  • Run: 1.5 miles today brings the weekly total to 12.5.
