- Body: Feel pretty good today. Some soreness in quads. Definitely sore in right tibia, a little down about that, it's probably from the jump rope. Appetite slowly growing again
- Workout: Pull ups were good, hopefully I can reap the rewards of this workout on my goal, which I'll probably do Friday. Metcon was good and tough. Suitcase deads are a bit awkward for sure.
