Early A.M.

1 mile easy run

Late afternoon

10-20-30-40-50 push ups
followed by 30 four-count flutterkicks after each round

2 x
25 push ups
50 four-count flutterkicks

Notes
  • Body: Feeling ok, still a little stuffed up.
  • Workout: Only had time for something short today.
