5 Rounds for Time:
10 Knees to Elbows
15 Push Press, 75#
20 Kettle Bell Swings, 60#

Notes
  • Body: Sore in quads, hams, upper and lower back, and triceps
  • Workout: Weighted chins were fine.  Wanted to find a weight I failed at, and that weight was 32.5#.  WOD was tough.  A good fast hard metcon.
