Notes
  • Body: Sore in traps and biceps
  • Workout: Press was so-so again, a little bit better than the last few times I've done it, but not good.  Maybe I was overworking it before.  WOD was good, kept intensity high.  Goal was sub-10 and achieved that so I was pleased.
