Front Squats & Rock Climbing

Lunchtime

1.25 mile easy run, ~13:40

Front Squat 6 x 3
loads: 145#, 165#, 185#, 205# (PR), 185#, 135#

Lateral hip and rotator cuff strengthening

Evening

Rock climbed for 2.5 hours

Notes
  • Body: Sore in deltoids, upper back.  Stomach/appetite still not right.
  • Workout: PR on front squats, so that was awesome.  Form at 205# was slightly loose, weight was pulling my chest down a little.  Felt pretty strong today though.  Rock climbing was fun, didn't tweak anything, did some good routes.
