Notes
- Body: Sore in deltoids, upper back. Stomach/appetite still not right.
- Workout: PR on front squats, so that was awesome. Form at 205# was slightly loose, weight was pulling my chest down a little. Felt pretty strong today though. Rock climbing was fun, didn't tweak anything, did some good routes.
