Bodyweight PT

 Afternoon

1.25 mile easy run

10 rounds
10 deadhang pull ups
30 push ups
30 sit ups/leg levers, alternating by round
30 squats
-    time: 46:05

Notes
  • Body: Feel pretty much fine
  • Workout: Pull ups were all unbroken, same for abs.  Push ups and squats were mostly 2 sets.  Workout was done at a moderate-fast pace.
