Notes
- Body: A little sore in upper back and abs. Appetite is so-so.
- Workout: Press disappointing. Wasn't feeling strong so kept the weight at a doable amount. The sets were challenging, so that was good. I never snatch, so this was an interesting WOD. Snatch sets were broken into 2, burpees were pretty much straight through. Then some core work.
