Notes
  • Body: Felt rested up, pretty sore in quads and triceps, minor irritation in left bicep. 
  • Workout: Deads felt good today, pretty smooth.  I like going for max on the 5th set, as opposed to working up to the 6th set, I have more strength in the 5th.
  • Swim:  Pretty poor performance.  Quads being sore hurt me in the water, my pushes off the wall weren't as good, nor my kicks.
