Evening
Rock climbing for about 2 hours.
Notes
- Body: Sore in shoulders and traps.
- Workout: Squats were ok, not as solid as last week on technique, but not terrible. Rock climbing was fun, good to get back into it a little. Had a familiar twinge in my left bicep though, which caused me a lot of pain last time so I monitored that and it ended up ok.
