Notes
- Body: Woke up with glands on the right side of my neck swollen and sore, which is opposite what it was a few days ago. Feel pretty much fine physically, just stuffed up and it's been hard to clear my ears.
- Workout: PC's were tough. For the metcon I wanted to do something with shoulder press, but I hadn't realized how taxed my shoulders actually were from the PCs! Press was the hardest component of the metcon.
