Notes
- Body: Sore in lats, shoulders, back, hammys, glutes. Appetite is ok.
- Workout: Started press, was not feeling strong at all so I pulled out. During the WOD the deads felt fine, pretty easy. Abs were pretty killer though.
- Swim: PR'd but did not attain goal. Didn't push hard enough, and I was pissed about it, so now that means I have to swim it again hah. Otherwise, swimming felt good.
