Notes
  • Body: Not sore.  Emotionally tired, but fired up to lift.
  • Workout: Bench was good, 215# was heavy but not to the point of struggling significantly.  Did struggle on the 5th rep though.  WOD was hard.  Thrusters and burpees should just never be paired together, haha.
  • Swim:  Pretty good swim today.
