Notes
- Body: Sore in hamstrings, glutes, shoulders, traps, and my left bicep feels a little tweaked again. Not fun.
- Workout: Was originally planning hard metcon, but feel a bit sore everywhere and basically pussed out. Instead did a PST style test with max reps. Push ups felt good, but they are much easier than going chest to floor, I felt like I was cheating, not even sure if my arms went to 90°. Sit ups were ok. Pull ups slightly disappointing.
