"100 Ab Triad"
100 four-count flutter kicks
100 sit ups
100 leg levers

Then some supine rows, rotator cuff work, and L-sits

Notes
  • Body: No soreness.  Some irritation in left bicep.
  • Workout: Harder than I thought it would be.  Thrusters kill me and seem inefficient.  Pull ups were easy.
