BS & RPU, RR, HPC Metcon

Lunchtime

1 mile warmup run on treadmill

From CFE
8 x 3 Back Squats @ 60% 1RM
Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets
-   load: 185#

As Many Reps for Three Rounds of :
Unbroken Ring Pushups
Unbroken Recline Ring Rows, feet up on box.
Unbroken Hang Power Cleans @ 115/85
Rest 30 Seconds between each exercise
-    RPU: 30, 25, 22;    RR: 15, 14, 12;    HPC: 15, 13, 14
-    compare to 2010-12-02

Notes
  • Body: Very sore in my glutes and shoulders today.
  • Workout: Squats went smoothly, 60% is pretty light and with lots of rest I was able to concentrate on technique.  The WOD I did with my friend, it was good and my numbers improved from about a month ago when I did the same WOD.  RPU feel like my chest is gonna rip in half, it's a very good movement.
