Notes
- Body: Very sore in my glutes and shoulders today.
- Workout: Squats went smoothly, 60% is pretty light and with lots of rest I was able to concentrate on technique. The WOD I did with my friend, it was good and my numbers improved from about a month ago when I did the same WOD. RPU feel like my chest is gonna rip in half, it's a very good movement.
