RRPU, OHL, Run Metcon & PL

Notes
  • Body: Very sore in my calfs and also sore in my shoulders
  • Workout: This workout was tougher than it needed to be.  The OHL were the most difficult aspect, so I'd like to do more of those to bring them up.  I was surprised that OHL with DBs were much more difficult than using a single plate.  400's were about 1:45-1:55 pace and my soleus/calfs weren't really up to the task today.
