Active Recovery & Rock Climbing

Lunchtime
1/2 mile warmup on treadmill.  Active recovery, worked on squat clean technique today as part of my effort towards making heavy cleans.

Evening
Rock climbed ~2.5 hours, mostly 5.8s and 5.9s.

Notes
  • Body: Sore in front delts and calfs still.  Grip strength a bit lacking today.
  • Workout: Squat cleans were feeling smooth today, very good.
