Notes
- Body: A bit sore in hamstrings and shoulders feel stiff
- Workout: Runs felt pretty good today. Metcon was solid, good high intensity today, which I was happy about. KBSw were unbroken, burpees I broke up the 21 and 15. Sit ups acted as an active recovery where I focused on controlling my breathing, seemed to work well. Named this WOD so I can come back to it easily and do it again in the future.
