Notes
- Body: Feel pretty good, a little tense in my traps.
- Workout: Warm-up run felt strong. Presses were good, but I did better last week. Thrusters need technique-work, they felt awkward at the higher weights, possibly because I'm dropping my chest slightly at the bottom.
