Ski & BW

Morning/afternoon
Skied ~4 hours.  Nice to switch it up and go to a different place.

Evening
6 x
20 push ups
20 four-count flutter kicks/sit ups/reverse sit ups

Notes
  • Body: Legs are tired from skiing.  Shoulders are pretty sore.
  • Workout: Did some bodyweight work focusing on technique.
