Late Afternoon

Run 3 miles, easy pace

5 rds
5 thrusters, 115#
10 pull ups
10 box jumps
-   untimed, did not have my watch

Notes
  • Body: Legs are tired, sore in my hip adductors which is unusual for me
  • Workout: Running was alright.  Thrusters were heavy but everything went smoothly
