- Body: Felt good today, slightly sore in my hams and glutes
- Workout: Thrusters went well, better than last time. Big drive through the heels is crucial. My 2nd rep during my 2nd attempt at 165# I had to push the weight out at the top. This metcon I did about a month ago, today I did not do as well, 37 seconds slower. I put the bar down twice during the front squats, and that is the only real difference between these two efforts.
