Notes
  • Body: Shoulders are tired and a small amount of soreness in my hamstrings
  • Workout: Cleans felt pretty strong today.  Failed on some of the reps @175#, then Jared gave me some pointers about my landing; then things sorted themselves a bit and I made 3 straight @175#, tying a PR.
  • Coaching Point: During cleans focus on keeping my feet in a squats-width position and sitting the hips back to catch the weight.  Elbow speed under the bar is also important here.
